He has been working in the field of Bovine Frozen Semen Technology for last 8 years.
Previouly, he served rural development and livelihood sector through Non-Governmental Organization for 1 year, worked as Teaching Associate in Ranchi Veterinary College for 2 years and Served as Veterinary Officer for 8 years in different Animal Health Centres under Govt. of West Bengal
He has been associated with Production and Quality Control of Bovine Frozen Semen along with Bull Management and Management of Farm operations.
He has been Life member of Indian Society for Veternary Medicine.
He is associated with two nos. of publications in national level journals.
He has been trained at KLDB, Mattupatti in Frozen Semen Production and its Handling for Optimum Fertility and at STEP, IIT, Kharagpur on Agriclinics and Agribusiness Centres conducted by MANAGE, Hyderabad, Govt. of India.
