With the expansion of AI activities in the state, necessary training programmes were imparted to the persons who were to carry out the activity in the field. We had arranged a number of training programmes in different training centres from time to time. These training programmes provide effective platform for discussing and sharing the knowledge and disseminating the information.

We have 9 District level Training Centers and one State level Training Center. Most of the centers have residential facilities.
The construction work of the Academy of Animal Resources Management (AARM), a National Standard Institute for Training and Education in the Livestock Sector at Haringhata Farm, is going on
Training Programme
- 45 days Institutional Training for Private AI Workers (Pranibandhu) : - The unemployed youth selected as Private AI Workers are trained for delivery of A.I. service at the doorstep of cattle and buffalo keepers including primary veterinary first aid, vaccination, fodder development etc.
- After that a compulsory one month field training in Veterinary Hospital, one month in Block Veterinary Dispensary and last one month to their own Gram Panchayet for Survey the livestock in the locality.
- 7 days Refresher Training for Livestock Development Assistants (Govt A.I. workers) and Pranibandhu: - Training conducted for updating knowledge and skills of the Livestock Development Assistants (Govt. A.I. workers) and Pranibandhu to achieve the desired results.
- 7 days Refresher Training for Professionals: - Training on Advance Frozen Semen Technology and AI Techniques.
